These terms apply to everyone who uses this directory: families and visitors looking for event vendors, and vendors who list their business. By using the site you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
The directory is operated by Codersclub BV, enterprise and VAT number BE 0788.811.027, RPR Antwerpen, Jozef Hendrickxstraat 111, 2900 Schoten, Belgium. Contact: info@yathumure.com.
2. What the service is
We run an online directory of vendors for Tamil events: weddings, engagements, religious ceremonies and community events. We help families find vendors and contact them directly.
- We are not a party to any agreement between a family and a vendor.
- We don't take bookings or handle payments, and we don't provide the vendors' services ourselves.
- Prices, availability, quality and the performance of services are the vendor's responsibility. Please agree the details directly with the vendor before booking.
3. Families and visitors
You can use the directory free of charge and without an account. We review listings before they are published, but we can't guarantee that every detail is correct or up to date. If you think a listing is inaccurate or inappropriate, please tell us at info@yathumure.com.
4. Vendor accounts
- You must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a business you are entitled to represent.
- Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The information in your listing must be accurate, lawful and kept up to date.
- The contact details you add (phone, WhatsApp, email) are shown publicly so families can reach you. Only add details you want to publish.
5. Review and moderation of listings
New listings are reviewed before they appear. Changes to a live listing are published straight away and may be reviewed afterwards. We may reject a listing, or take down a live one, if it breaks these terms or doesn't fit the purpose of the directory. We will tell you the reason by email and in your dashboard, and you can fix the listing and submit it again.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the text and photos you upload. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize and publish them on the directory, and to show them in search engines and when promoting the directory, for as long as they are part of your listing.
You confirm that:
- you own your content or have permission to use it;
- people who can be recognised in your photos have agreed to them being published;
- your content doesn't infringe anyone's rights and isn't misleading.
7. What is not allowed
- False, misleading or copied listings, or listings for businesses you don't represent;
- offensive, discriminatory or illegal content, or content unrelated to event services;
- other people's personal data without their permission;
- scraping or automated collection of data from the site, attempts to break its security, or using it to send spam.
8. Reviews
Reviews come from real clients: through the review link a vendor shares after an event, or entered by our team with the client's permission. Every review is checked before it is published. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not contain personal attacks, other people's personal data or advertising. Vendors can share their link but can't write, edit or remove reviews themselves, and must not offer anything in return for a review. You can ask us to check a review you believe is inaccurate.
9. Fees
Listing your business is currently free. If we introduce paid features later, we will tell vendors in advance. They will be optional and will only apply if you agree to them.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the directory available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop parts of the service.
11. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for the services provided by vendors, for agreements between families and vendors, or for indirect damage resulting from using the directory. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Ending your use
Vendors can delete their account at any time from their dashboard. This removes the listing, photos, reviews and statistics permanently. We may suspend or delete an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email vendors about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. The date below shows the latest version.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Belgium. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Belgium, without affecting the mandatory protection consumers have under the law of the country where they live.
